Volunteer 

Information

This page contains information on how you can give back to the School by supporting PTO efforts.  There are a variety of opportunities to volunteer your time and expertise; whether it be an hour or a long term commitment.  WE WANT YOU!

Fall Festival Committee | 10 hours | 3 weeks
Fall Festival is by far our biggest event of the year.  We need volunteers to help plan, run, and oversee the event.  A member of the Executive Board will provide support and guidance to the committee.

Finance Committee | 4 hours | 2 meetings per year
The Finance Committee will include at least two members and will provide an independent review of the financial operations of the organization.  A background in finance, budgeting, or bookkeeping required. A member of the Executive Board (who does not perform in a financial capacity) will provide support and guidance to the committee.

Teacher Appreciation Committee | 4 hours | 2 meetings per year
The Teacher Appreciation Committee will include at least three members and will plan activities for Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week in the spring. A member of the Executive Board will provide support and guidance to the committee.

Volunteer Committee| 6 hours | 2-3 meetings per year
The Volunteer Committee will include at least three members and will plan, coordinate, and lead volunteers for various PTO events throughout the year.  A member of the Executive Board will provide support and guidance to the committee.

Event Volunteer| 3 hours | One event
The PTO runs between three and five events per year.  Volunteers are crucial to the success of these events.  If you are interested in making a one-time contribution to the PTO, being an event volunteer is a great way to do so.  A member of the Volunteer Committee will provide support and guidance to each event volunteer.
